Crafty Holiday Project for Classrooms

This past weekend, my family and I went to Santa’s Workshop.  The afternoon was enjoyable as kids were able to have lunch together, meet elves, decorate cookies, participate in storytime, and create crafty projects.  One craft that my son, Jacob, who is three, really enjoyed was making an ornament for our tree.

The steps are simple and the project could be a messy free and creative idea for students:

Step 1:  loop and tie your fuzzy stick through the hole you’ve pre-punched in a juice can lid

Step 2:  Pick out your favorite holiday stickers or photos to design the juice lid

Step 3:  design the other side with a sticker or photo to create a double-sided ornament

Step 4:  show off your cute craft
